Something old, something new.... Well I got tired of something OLD.  (No, he's still here)  haha.    Seriously, have you ever just seen something you loved and you just wanted it so badly you couldn't hardly stand it? And then, you have to wait for some reason?   ARGH!  I know one of the Big Ten is that "no covet" thing BUT, I totally fail at that sometimes. I found myself coveting blogs with BIG  Crisp images and cool little graphic things.  I just knew if I could just have a blog like that I would be happy. I'd look at the blogs and get to the bottom and it would have a little tag that said "blog by Into the Darkroom".  I started haunting the ITDR website.  I looked at their blog templates. But I know myself pretty well after all these years and I'm not exactly a DIY website/blog builder and it doesn't really matter how great the "kit" is. I knew we needed the full enchilada.   So, we waited. We worked some more. We asked lame questions of all ITDR personnel. Many times. And....  Ta Da! We have one now!   Something NEW!   I'm so happy!  The awesome (and extremely patient) crew at Into the Darkroom created this special custom blog for us. And believe me, they had to completely lead us around by our noses to get this done.  We are not very savvy about this techno web stuff at all. (Well, Sophia is much better at it than I am)  Now we have can post BIG Crisp images and, hopefully, some witty comments and  stories as well, keeping you all riveted in your chairs.    I am terribly guilty of blog neglect in the past so I'd like to remedy that if I can.  However, my top priority is always to my clients and shooting, editing and presenting their images to them as fast as I can is still my focus and to be honest, it almost consumes me so.... still.... I will TRY to be a better blogger and perhaps to be worthy of our new blog.  Also, I have to learn new blogging techniques so practice is a must.  Therefore:   I am going to blog every day for the next 30 days (by God's Grace) and I  think I read somewhere it will be a habit after that. Here's to our new BLOG! Let's do it!
